Refund and revision policy
We want scope to be clear before work begins. This page explains revisions and when refunds may apply.
Revisions
- A revision window is confirmed with your quote (typically within a small number of days after delivery, depending on deadline pressure).
- Revisions cover alignment with the agreed brief: structure, missing required themes that were in scope, referencing format corrections, or clarifications.
- New requirements, major topic changes, or expanded word count may need a new quote.
Refunds
- If we have not started work, you may cancel for a full refund of amounts paid.
- If work is underway, refunds are assessed against progress completed.
- Delivered work that matches the agreed brief is not refundable simply because a mark outcome differed from your hopes. We do not guarantee grades.
- If we miss an agreed delivery window by a material amount without notice, contact us promptly to discuss a partial refund or priority revision.
